Purchase my puppy

Please fill out Puppy Purchase Agreement and Home Evaluation forms on the Available Puppies page to reserve a puppy in a current or future litter. Once forms are submitted and you receive approval email, any available puppies or puppy picks may be reserved below by submitting deposit. If interested in ear crop or safe transport with flight nanny, please purchase those separately before pup is 6 weeks of age.

I have submitted both the Home Evaluation and Puppy Purchase Agreement forms and received a confirmation email back from Okalani Hawai'i with approval to complete my puppy purchase.

I understand that if I do not purchase an ear crop and submit an Ear Crop Wavier form by the time my puppy is 6 weeks of age my puppy will NOT be cropped.

I understand that if I do not purchase the applicable transport for my puppy he/she will not be transported to me and MUST be picked up by 8 weeks of age or my deposit may be forfeited and I will lose the opportunity to purchase my puppy.
